URLTrak Terms of Service (TOS)

Anti-Spam Policy

As a user of the URLTrak link tracking service, you agree to adhere to our strict no-spam policy. Any act of spam will result in immediate termination of your account. Members are encouraged to report spam if they notice any other member improperly using our service in their efforts.

An URLTrak user may not use the URLTrak name or any URLTrak web address with spam or UBE / UCE (Unsolicited Bulk E-mail / Unsolicited Commercial E-mail). Only "double" opt-in lists would be deemed appropriate for use with the URLTrak.com link tracking service. In some cases, use of forums, newsgroups, message boards may be inappropriate. If you have subscribed as a member to these services and you have been given explicit permission to post advertisements with your offer(s), then this is not considered spam. However, if you enter into a message board, forum, newsgroups, or similar, and post your offer without permission, it is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

Examples of allowed methods of promotion include banner exchanges, traffic exchange (non-automated), classified ads, safelists, posting FFA's boards (but not to the e-mail's collected from an FFA board), e-mail signature files (non-spam), double opt-in lists, Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and similar.

The use of SPAM is strictly prohibited. Any member deemed to be spamming or sending UBE / UCE (Unsolicited Bulk E-mail / Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) will be thoroughly investigated. All evidence gathered will be turned over to the proper authorities, their Internet Service Provider, and possibly others. This may result in any of the following to the offending member:

• Termination of their URLTrak.com Account (no refunds!).
• Termination of their E-Mail / Internet Account
• Possibility of class-action lawsuits (spam is illegal in some states).

No Adult Sites & Adult Opportunities, No Illegal, No Warez
URLTrak will not to be associated with any adult related content or illegal sites; therefore, we do not allow the URLTrak name to be used in any way with relation to such content.

  

No Automated Traffic and Automated Hits Programs Allowed

Automated traffic and automated hits programs are strictly prohibited from use with URLTrak.com in any way, shape, and form. You may not use any URLTrak web address with any such automated traffic or automated hits program.

Use of Automated Traffic and Automated Hits services/programs will result in immediate termination of your URLTrak.com account.

7 Day Refund Policy

URLTrak has a 7 day refund policy. If you decide URLTrak is not for you, you have up to 7 days from your date of sign-up to get a full refund, which will be issued back to you via the payment processor you paid by. No Exceptions.

Additionally, commissions will not be paid out for referrals who received a refund of their subscription fees. No Exceptions.

Affiliates, Referrals and Commissions Limitations

Affiliates may not refer themselves and earn commissions when creating additional URLTrak accounts. No Exceptions.

If an URLTrak account is created and the new account was referred by an existing URLTrak member, no commissions will be earned if the new account was paid for by that referring affiliate. No Exceptions.

Affiliates may refer friends and family members and still receive commissions if the account was paid for with a separate payment account.

Account Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your account with URLTrak, you must cancel your subscription at your payment processor. Also send us an e-mail via the member support form (found in the member's area) with a request to close your account.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will be closed at the end of the paid period, unless otherwise requested by you.

Until your URLTrak account is closed, you may still receive notifications from us via e-mail because your account is still considered active. Therefore, you will also need to notify us by e-mail that you want to close your URLTrak account.

URLTrak.com reserves the right to modify and amend this TOS at anytime. Please be sure to read this TOS in full.
